mempunyai 3,714 resiko terinfeksi virus Hepatitis B. Analisis Spasial menunjukan kecamatan
Pedurungan yang tertinggi kejadian HBsAg reaktif. Simpulan: Mereka yang tidak bekerja
(mahasiswa dan IRT) beresiko terinfeksi virus Hepatitis B. Implikasinya perhatikan pola
konsumsi dan hindari penggunaan alat kebersihan diri bersama.

ABSTRACT
Background: Hepatitis is a world health problem with estimated deaths are likely to increase.
Hepatitis deaths reach 1,4 million annualy due to cirrhosis and liver cancer, where 47% of
virus infections caused by Hepatitis B. Hepatitis B can be spread through the use of unsafe
syringe, blood transfussion, and from mother to baby was born. Exclusively screening for
Hepatitis B sufferers crawl in Indonesia is still not upheld, except for blooder donors in Palang
Merah Indonesia (PMI). The data from the PMI can be used as initial data to view
characteristics of Hepatitis B sufferers. This research aims to know the difference in incidence
of Hepatitis B characteristics based on the characteristics of the person, place and time.
Methods: Data obtained from the Unit Tranfusi Darah (UTD) PMI Semarang, gained 114
samples in specified based on lemeshw’s formula with approach case control. The data
analysis using the chi squer, mulifariat logistics adn spatial analysis. Results: No significant
difference between the incidence of Hepatitis B with age (p=1,000), gender (p=0,288), and
place of residence (within and outside the city of Semarang) (p=0,189). Where as the
characteristics of the job have difference in the incidence of Hepatitis B (p=0,027). Multifariat
analysis have differences in the incidence of Hepatitis B the most hight is on the characteristics
of job with p=0,018 OR 3,714 (CI:1,248-11,056) they are not work have at 3,714 risk of
Hepatitis B Virus Infection. Spatial analysis showed the highest incidences of Pedurungan
Subdistrict with HBsAg Reactive. Conclution: They does not work (collage student and
housewife) have risk infected Hepatitis B virus. The implications are pay attention to
consumtion pattern and avoid the use of personal hygiene together.
